How do i place an order ?
* Pick out the products you wish to purchase from our curated collections.
* On the product details page, select the required size and color if applicable.
* Tap on the 'Add to cart' button and your products are added to cart. Shopping cart can be accessed from the mobile toolbar or from the topmost header area of the page.
* Go to shopping cart and update quantity if required , also check if required size is selected.
* When you are on the shopping cart, tap on the 'Checkout' button to proceed to shipping method page.
Shipping options ?
* Fill in the shipping address for delivery and choose your shipping method.
* You can choose 'Standard shipping - Free' or 'Standard Shipping (Cash on Delivery)'.
* For 'Standard shipping - Free', you have to pay for the order prepaid.
* If you wanted to pay on delivery, choose 'Standard shipping (Cash on delivery).
* Rs 50 processing fee is applicable for Cash on delivery shipment.
We ship to India only. Normally, we ship on the same day or the very next day. Depending on the demand for the product, it can take upto 72 hrs. We ship all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
How long does it take for the product to be delivered ?
Once shipped, it can take upto 2-5 days, depends on the delivery address.
Do i get any confirmation messages for the order?
You'll be notified via SMS and E-Mail throughout the process of placing the order to product reaching your doorstep.
How do i check the status of my order ?
Log on to Alloons account, 'My account' page displays order related information.
If u checked out as guest, order status links are forwarded via Email and SMS, whichever provided.
How do i pay for the order?
We accept Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI / Wallets / Cash on Delivery.
How do I return/exchange my product/s?
* Customers can return their orders within 15 days of the order delivery.
* All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

* The product amount will be credited as Coupon code sent to you, once we have received the product(s), and our internal quality check has been carried out.
Coupon code can be used to purchase any items available on the store. The shipping charge and COD charge is not refundable even if the customer has redeemed FREE shipping or FREE COD as promotion.
How do I cancel my order?
* You can cancel the order from the Order Status Page send to you via Email or SMS whichever was provided.
* If the order is shipped already, we unfortunately will not be able to cancel it.
However, you can return it to us for refund by submitting a return request from this page.
What are the Terms and conditions for refund?
* You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 15 days of its date of delivery.
*All refunds will be credited as Coupon code sent to you. You can use the coupon code to purchase any items on the store. Shipping charge of Rs 100 is not refundable even if the customer has redeemed FREE shipping as promotion.
* Since we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you will have to self ship the product back to us. A maximum of Rs 100 can be be credited to you for this. Make sure you select a courier who charges no more than that. We recommend you choose India Post.
* Refund rates for courier are fixed and will not change depending on the courier service you choose to return the product.

How long does the online refund procedure takes?
*The online refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours after we receive your product and approved for quality check.
I havn't received my refund yet. What should I do?
*We update our customers via email once we initiate the refund procedure.
*If we have'nt emailed you about initiating the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to be completed.
