REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY

Our Refund/Exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Kindly check if your products are returnable:

- Is within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.
- In original condition.
- Unwashed and Unworn.

If your products qualify for return, ship your item(s) to our warehouse, referring below guidelines: ( As we don't have a return pickup available )

Shipping guidelines:

1. Pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
2. Our warehouse address will be provided to you once we receive your Exchange / Return request.
3. A maximum of Rs 100 will be credited to you for this as coupon code, which you can use for future orders as discount coupon in our website / will be refunded to bank account as per your convenience.
4. We recommend you choose India Post, as it will cost you below Rs 100 for self shipment.
5. You'll be notified via E-mail once we receive the package.
6. Once the product is received, after quality check is approved we will send you the product with your required size / initiate the refund.

- For Return and Refund, once the product quality checkup is approved, Refund will be initiated.

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and banks may take upto 7 days to credit back the amount.
**Please note : Shipping and COD charges are not refundable**

Exchanges (if applicable) For exchanging your product , submit a return request . Once the request is approved, we'll notify via email.
