We accept returns within 8 days from delivery.
We will arrange reverse pickup for your order ( subject to courier serviceability at the address)
In case of Non-serviceable pickup location, you may send the products via India Post and share the booking receipt at with your Order ID mentioned. We will credit a maximum of Rs 100 for this. We recommend you choose India Post, as it will cost you below Rs 100.
Below conditions qualify the products to be returnable:
1. Is within 8 days from shipment delivery.
2. The products are unwashed and unworn.
3. The products are with all the tags intact.

* Kindy note Face Mask Products are Non-Returnable.

For return or exchange, you are required to submit a return request. Our team will get back to you with assistance.

Refunds (if applicable)
* Once your returned shipment is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and banks may take up to 7 days to credit back the amount.
Kindly note shipping charges paid by the customer is non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, kindly share the below bank details from your e-mail associated with the order at, also mentioning the Order ID.
Account Holders Name :, Bank Name:, Account No:, IFSC Code:.
Kindly make sure that the shared details are correct. Alloons will not be responsible for refunds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
You may exchange the product for size variants or exchange with another product.
In case of exchange with another product, the difference in product price (if applicable) has to be paid by the customer. If the price of the desired product is lesser than the returned (paid) product, we'll refund the difference amount.
