- Our Courier partners support most locations in India. For most products, orders placed before 3 p.m are dispatched on the same day, rest within 1-3 days.
- Delivery time may vary depending upon the customer address and other factors like strikes, public holidays, extreme weather conditions etc which may effect transportation by road.
- Our Return/Exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery of your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The product(s) should be also in original condition, unwashed and unworn with all the tags intact.
In case of return or exchange, we will arrange reverse pickup for your order ( subject to courier serviceability at the address)In case of Non-serviceable pickup location, you may send the products via India Post and share the booking receipt at Care@alloons.com with your Order ID mentioned. We will credit a maximum of Rs 100 for this. We recommend you choose India Post, as it will cost you below Rs 100.
- We arrange reverse pick up once. Second pickup charges will be deducted from refund amount or will be charged separately in advance. The customer may also self ship the product to our warehouse at own cost.
- If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.
- If you reject a Cash on delivery order, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
